Terms & Conditions
Once you have submitted you order we will send you a confirmation e-mail and also notify you when we dispatch. Your goods will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment.
Errors Or Orders Not Received
If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by the customer, will be the customer's responsibility.
Any errors made by Helen Foot Design must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the order so that we can remake and reship the order.
Any Orders NOT received must be reported to us within 10 days after the projected received date. If you do not notify us within the 10 days, to report an error made by our company or an order that was never received, Helen Foot Design will not be responsible to remake, reship, or issue credit for the original order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Changing Your Order
Once an order is placed via phone, mail or web, please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to alter or cancel any part of it. We will always try to meet your request if it is physically possible to do so.
Please always double check your orders, especially ones you mail, as you will still be charged even if you have made an error. We will not issue refunds or remake under any circumstances for any errors the customer makes on an order.
Return Policy
If on receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied please notify us within 10 days. If the quality is not as expected or you feel the colour is not as represented then we will happily refund you the value for the goods on their return to us. We cannot return postage costs incurred on dispatch or return..
